Building relationships. To appeal to potential buyers, we researched the lifestyles of the various target groups. By linking moments in life to the qualities of the home, we brought life in their future home a lot closer. We literally brought them into the home by turning a 'bathroom with extra sink' into an 'ideal solution during the busy morning rush'.

Ven&Heide.
De Streek in Etten-Leur is a series of three small neighborhoods. We previously developed the positioning for the adjacent Hof&Gaarde and Bos&Weide. For the grand finale, called Ven&Heide, we went all out with sturdy brochures, a social media campaign, and an extensive website with a smart home configurator.

Strategy.


Concept.
Fly on the wall. By using personal profiles, we were able to reach the right target groups through various channels. In our writing style and visual language, we shared moments that are valuable to future residents. We also applied the interactive approach via Facebook and Instagram across different media in the three different project brochures aimed at each target group.
Design.
Smart funneling. To optimize the experience, we created a comprehensive website with features such as an interactive map and a virtual tour of the neighborhood. By also implementing a highly user-friendly home configurator, buyers can put together their dream home in just a few clicks. In this way, we have made a direct contribution to an increase in the total number of options sold per home.
