Feel at home. In keeping with the building's former use as a department store, we characterized the metamorphosis of the residential building called ANNO52 with a subtle play on words: "Where a house is your home." In addition to conveying the feeling of "the good old days," we immersed ourselves in the different lifestyles of the future residents.

Where Bergen op Zoom shopped at V&D for years, 45 unique apartments are now being built. To support the sale of this prestigious project, our client BVR VastgoedOntwikkeling asked us to take care of all real estate communications. The story of this historic building from 1952 continues to play a leading role today.

Concept.
Take a view. Because the floor plan and location of each apartment on every floor is virtually unique, we have chosen to present the project in such a way that future residents can choose between a city, roof, or garden apartment based on their personal preferences for both views and sunlight.
Design.
Go with the flow. To promote this special project, we designed a glossy magazine filled with inspiring content. We created a website with a clear overview of available properties, a clear schedule, a dynamic blog, and frequently asked questions. Easy to keep up to date thanks to the user-friendly CMS in Webflow.
