Be different. In our view, the scope of this project called for differentiation. De Streek will not be a single neighborhood, but a collection of small-scale neighborhoods. Each with its own character that will appeal to different target groups. In particular, those that clearly highlight the differences while emphasizing the cohesion: Hof&Gaarde, Bos&Weide, and Ven&Heide. All three are based on the nearby environmental qualities of this area.

The Region.
De Streek is one of the most sustainable neighborhoods in the Netherlands, located on the green southern edge of Etten-Leur. A total of around 380 homes will be developed and built within this area. To support the sale of the homes, Sprangers Vastgoedontwikkeling asked us to handle all communications.

Concept.
Feel free. To showcase the intrinsic qualities of each neighborhood, we worked with our client to develop a clear vision for the area based on three core values: Free. Outdoor. Lively. We set a unique tone for each neighborhood and gave the different housing types distinctive names that flow smoothly with the character of each neighborhood.
Design.
Reach out. We contributed to the positive sales results with a package of sales support materials. Inspiring brochures, informative roll-up banners, stimulating social media marketing, and personalized e-mailings. And a comprehensive website with vivid impressions, the option to view the neighborhoods and homes in virtual reality, and a smart configurator that allows potential buyers to design their dream home themselves.
