The new Beekkwartier neighborhood is a varied project where modern architecture in the form of differentiated facades creates a unique streetscape in which the individual homes are clearly distinguishable. In this way, the project offers enormous diversity. By dividing the homes into six appropriate types, we both highlight the differences and create a cohesive whole.

A new sustainable neighborhood is blossoming in Roosendaal. For young and old alike. People who dare to pioneer. To promote the sale of the first phase to a wide variety of target groups, our client BVR VastgoedOntwikkeling asked us to create an attractive brochure and a comprehensive website with a smart home configurator.

In our nature. By making the property types interactive in the bird's-eye view, you can quickly get an overview of where your ideal home is located. Because the properties can be viewed visually and are displayed alongside their names, choosing the ideal home and location is a quick decision. Potential future residents have also been given a prominent role in the communication, so that the messages focus on both the properties and a possible lifestyle in this area.
Design.
Meet me anywhere. To launch this Roosendaal project, we created a contemporary and neutral website that does justice to the diversity of the project and its architecture. The playful structure of the communications refers to the winding streets that meander through the project and create a beautiful ecological connection. Beekkwartier is truly a meeting place for people, nature, and the city.
